I visited the Verizon store at Kona Commons on June 11, 2025, at 12:30 PM to exchange my phone, less than 30 days after signing up for service. Initially, the customer service rep Marissa was helpful, but due to complications with my phone plan and device, I spent over four frustrating hours in the store.
