Very helpful and friendly. Set me up with a replacement phone and helped me upgrade with deals I didn’t even know was available to me. Adjusted my plan. Left with new phone and a WiFi plan grouped together. I was able to get rid of comcast and paying less now and got more. Very happy with my visit.

Went to Verizon to pick up my husband phone. The girl with the face piercing was rude and disrespectful refused to help me I left and came back was the same issue. My husband comes in and they magically help him. Funny bc I’m white they want to be racist and not help me. Completely dismissive and rude. The only helpful person was drew she was great and sweet. Came in to get a phone for my son about 710 715. Told me its going to take longer then an hour and they close at 8. She seemed more worried about closing the store then helping a customer. A little disappointed.
