I went to the VERIZON store for assistance changing phones. The representative told me that he WAS NOT verizon and it would cost me $40 for assistance. I informed him that I wasn't going to pay that for a replacement phone that Verizon had sent. He again let me know that he WAS NOT Verizon and that he was Victra. I asked if he could look up my account and tell me why the monthly charge was so high. He did that and told me that it was because I had a gold star plan for 15 years. This is not a Verizon store. This is a Victra store and do not let the snide, awful woman that is the manager any where near your phone. She screwed up my account even more after I asked her to not touch any of the settings she started making changes on my phone. The corporate office was apologetic but do not use this location - order online so you get an actual Verizon device and plan and support. Rude impatient employees that act like being asked a question is the end of the world.

I am giving Hash who was here helping out from California 5 stars he was great to work with, left his family to come help our good people here on the BI for a bit…Verizon is lucky to have a dedicated employee like him. I can only give 4 stars to Verizon’s review page right now though, due to the set up time from the person that he had to set my application up with when he was on the phone I could only give 3 stars to them, not Hash’s fault he did a wonderful job highly recommend looking for him when he’s available, So betwee... read more
