We went in this morning with an issue that no other provider could help us with. This location was filled with a group of employees that were just a delight to work with. Shout out to Ast Manager Jodee who was such a patient and experienced help to us that got us taken care of and right out the door quickly. I’ve been in and out of plenty of phone stores in the last dozen years. We’ve got six kids, so outfitting a family of each eight with various phones and devices can get complicated. Never had a better sign up experience than what we had here. Every team member we encountered was very helpful and eager to serve… especially Tim, who was a gem of human being. Easy in and out. All questions answered. Ported numbers over from previous carrier with no hiccups. Thanks Tim and the team for making it easy on us.
I am deeply SATISFIED, thankful and grateful for this store and the young gentleman that helped me (wish I remembered his name). I dropped my phone into the Pacific on a boating excursion on a Saturday. After docking we visited the store and I have T1 diabetes and my sugar readings and how I manage it all is used through an app on my phone so I was a little panicked to get a new one.
