Long wait. Not able to help
My phone was purchased and then taken home to transfer all the information. The phone would not work even when Verizon service was called. When I returned to the store they did get the phone working but never offered to help transfer. We sat and made sure everything transferred. The personnel did not check on us to see if we needed help for over 15 minutes. Eventually one of the workers asked in passing if it was still working. If I could give a zero I would. This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I went to upgrade my daughter & my phone...The rep convinced me to get an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I'm a big guy, it's a bigger screen, SOLD. We waited about 10 minutes as she said the phone was in the vault which was fine, but when she came back she rushed us out without helping fully setup both devices.
