I transferred my service from AT&T to Verizon recently. It's a nightmare - from device activation, porting the phone number, signing up for an online account, billing, to getting the promised rebate, I spent hours and hours, and made multiple trips to the store for every single step I described above. It's been two weeks. I still got issues with my double billing, and am unable to get the promised $200 rebate. Nothing worked!!! Massive wait due to few employees helping, and they didn’t really know what was required to accomplish what I needed, so I just ended up calling the help number anyway

I should have known I’d get horrible service when I saw that my first point of contact had a cubic zirconia Majin chain. Don’t waste your time, you can literally do everything they do online and you will get a better deal.

Have a phone that is connected to network but CANNOT use any app/internet/etc without wifi. Was told by a Verizon Authorized Retailer to go to a "rela Verizon" like this one. Manager on duty and guy were 0 help and basically told me to spend more money on a brand new phone that isn't working. Will be complaining to corporate. Don't waste your time coming to this location.
