The store is in a satisfactory space. What leaves something to be desired is the Indian manager who works in this store, rude, works with ill will. He yelled at me and my daughter this week because he was close to closing the store and he hadn't resolved the problem with my account. What saves this store is a very polite attendant with long hair (I imagine she is Indian or Nepalese). Could this manager be replaced by someone else who works happily and with politeness to others. Employees were very nice and patient in store. Was supposed to get a phone shipped to this location, but I got no notifications the phone arrived, only a notification that the order had been canceled because I didn't pick up. Then took 4 hours on the phone and on a chat with Verizon to sort of resolve. Very disappointing. Great that Verizon could send me 10+ texts about new accessories for my new phone that was on the way but not a single text that the phone itself actually arrived.

I had such a wonderful experience at Verizon thanks to the store manager Stacey Scott . Stacey was incredibly patient and caring while assisting both me and my son. Not only did Stacey help set up my son’s new phone quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to answer all our questions without rushing us. What stood out most was how GM used the moment as a teaching opportunity—treating my son with such respect and helping guide him like a grownup. I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Sanjana at the Verizon store. I originally came in just to upgrade my phone, but she took the time to explain a few different options, and I ended up adding a line—which I hadn’t planned on—but it actually turned out to be a better setup for me! I had a great experience last week when going to upgrade my phone. Moshumi (M) made it a quick painless process… Sanjana was also involved. They were both excellent!! 10/10 highly recommend!!
