Julian Fernandez was more than helpful to bring us back to Verizon. We switched to AT&T for a day and their service sucked and Julian was able to bring us back to Verizon and help us lower our bill. Dijon helped us to set up the new phones and get the phones activated. He was very kind and patient.

The staff was fairly helpful, but the overall attitude and attention to detail could have been better. I felt that they were doing the minimum to assist rather than genuinely trying to resolve my issue. The experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.

Had a great experience at this store transferring 4 lines from Tmobile to Verizon. Sales Rep Sanjana really came through with exceptional support and made sure each and every promotion got applied correctly.
