Renee was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me make a change to my phone. She was also courteous and professional.
I had several calls with Jose and I’m sorry I forgot the gentleman that worked in the back that really helped me to get the IPad promo that ended today. They took my payment over the phone so I was setup to pick it up. I felt bad I got there5 minutes before closing due having such a busy day getting ready to leave on a trip tomorrow yet they were very gracious and helped me add a protective cover.
I have been with Verizon for years. My experience with the store in Marble Falls, Texas, has always excellent. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
