I've been a Verizon customer for over 13 years, and this store seems to drop the ball where it matters. I'm not sure if it's intentionally deceptive sales tactics they use, or if the staff is just poorly trained, but this place doesn't handle plan changes and billing properly. When I went in to cancel one line and open another, they had absolutely no problem opening and adding a new line to my account with smiles and all, but it wasn't until after that transaction was underway that they informed me they were unable to cancel... read more
