My wife went into store and the older man there was absolutely most unhelpful. With a non-working watch, he reluctantly proceeded to inform me to contact the insurance # but did not confirm i knew my verizon pin of which is required for insurance purposes. He seemed put out to help me in a reasonable manner and will avoid this location going forward.
Grumpy people and helped someone that had come in behind us first. It was a very simple fix of just a screensaver. So sad.
Switched from another provider, was promised better service, 4g only one bar if any at our house. 😔
