Update 8.8.2026 [8 tears later] Omar was excellent and super knowledgeable. Saved me $50 a month! How awesome is that? Upgrading from 2 to 5 stars! PS he should get a raise! Despite being asisted after waiting for our turn... we were neglected and put aside to wait for no reason simply because someone wanted to buy a phone.

Terrible- defensive service. Each customer that came they found a way to get rid of them or make them feel small. Once they left they cracked jokes about them. They lack empathy, not having cellphone or tablets work or act up can be stressful. More training needed. My issue was fixed but same sarcasm used on me as well. Hopefully no need to go back.
