So bad I made an appointment (earlier this week) for today (7/31) at 11 am. I checked in on the app minutes before and was told to go to the store as I was next. The store is having construction and when I walked in there were 2 podiums. Couldn't be happier with my new phone! Jamil was friendly respectful and polite he went above and beyond, not only providing a great device but also, helping me set it up, answering all my tech questions and helped me pick a phone that fit my needs! Fantastic service and a genuinely helpful seller! Would recommend asking for him if you need anything at all!

Company store. Only sales here. They do no troubleshooting here, so making an appointment here, they can't fix anything. They just had me call the verizon number from a landline here and troubleshoot on the phone. Make an appointment, will save you from waiting too long.
