My wife and I stopped by the East Hanover Verizon store to upgrade one of our phones. Lily Xa was our customer service person, and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable/friendly. We liked her so much that I also ended up upgrading both of our phones. She is a valuable asset to your team and it was a pleasure working with her!
Lily was awesome! She was thorough, patient, and very professional. She made sure to answer all of our questions and had impressive costumer service. definitely go to the Verizon in East Hanover and ask for Lily!
Stopped in for a plan upgrade for 4 iPhones and I was pleasantly surprised. Carlos did a fantastic job helping us. He is an extremely knowledgeable, very patient and customer-oriented. We’re so happy with the advice he gave us. Go to the East Hanover Route 10 store and ask for Carlos. You will not be disappointed.
