My visit today to this store couldn't have been better. I did a self check in and waited for maybe 5 or so minutes. A very pleasant young woman then introduced herself as Amy. She asked me a few questions and then guided me over to the display phones. She was bubbly and energetic and thorough. Came into the store and was greeted by a gentleman named Clay. He was awesome! Totally helped me out, and actually saved me money by showing me a different plan option. I want to thank Clay for showing what customer service is all about!
So bad I made an appointment (earlier this week) for today (7/31) at 11 am. I checked in on the app minutes before and was told to go to the store as I was next. The store is having construction and when I walked in there were 2 podiums. Couldn't be happier with my new phone! Jamil was friendly respectful and polite he went above and beyond, not only providing a great device but also, helping me set it up, answering all my tech questions and helped me pick a phone that fit my needs! Fantastic service and a genuinely helpful seller! Would recommend asking for him if you need anything at all!
Lily is great person and excellent professional. I used her help more than once and always was satisfied.
