Stop sending customers to different stores when u could have help them out just because you are not getting a sale out of them . Other Verizon store helped but this being a corporate store they don’t wanna help people out but rather than sending them to other stores. Terrible store go to other stores and do bussiness with them.

Absolutely horrible service from Verizon for months. This store was one of many who chooses to pass the buck concerning improper overbilling. We have overpaid hundreds of dollars yet you can’t call corporate billing to resolve it. Three corporate store locations say it’s not their problem. Dump Verizon. They are a nightmare and don’t give a damn about their service or customers. Shame on the Manager and store I. Being just another disappointment..
Jason was AMAZING! My old phone had died and he was super helpful getting me back up and running! He set me up with all the new products I needed and took care of all my accessory needs. He made the more complicated process of updating a dead phone super simple and easy for me to get done! I left feeling like I got a great deal, on a new phone, in a tough situation.
