Extremely unhelpful staff.
My wife and I had a great experience at this Verizon location. Jamil helped us with a complicated account issue and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was also very helpful that Jamil is bilingual and spoke my wife’s first language, Spanish. We will return to this location the next time we need something with our Verizon account.
This store helped out a major issue with my parent’s account. Jason was able not only figure out the issue, but correct it efficiently and effectively. This would have been extremely frustrating trying to figure this out on my own. Really thank him for all the help.
My in-laws went to this location to upgrade a line on the account. Rather than upgrade the line, they added a line and put the new phone on the number they originally went to upgrade. It does not matter if the new line is “free” (which is wasn’t) or if it decreases the bill, this is bad business.
