Very bad service. Customer service sent me to a corporate store to disconnect my mothers account & I went to this location and they said they are not corporate they sent me to Florham park location which is privately owned . The employees at Florham Park location informed me they have been sending customers to their locations whome they don’t want to help. Really disappointed and urge Verizon management to look into this why their employees not doing their job and sending customers to different locations when its their job
I had such an excellent specialist in the East Hanover store in Jason. He spent over 2 hours with me in a very complicated upgrade of several devices and was so patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am not very tech savvy and he was so helpful to walk me through all the steps that I needed to know. It made what would normally be a very uncomfortable task for me so much easier because of his expertise. I will certainly recommend this store and Verizon in general solely because of him. Really bad time at the store with Jason. Very obviously did not want to help me and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. Poor service from start to end. Everyone has bad days, totally understandable, but I would encourage Jason to use better tactics to create a lifelong customer that wants to come back for help. For now, I guess I'll just go to another corporate store.
Me and my mom had to come in and change a few things on our account, Rachel was the one that helped us and she was so kind, helpful and understanding. If you ever need help ask for her!
