So I really didn’t want to write this review but I am at a standstill. What everyone writes about is true, the wait times here are atrocious and the staff just aren’t it. I came here to upgrade my phone back in November and at first it seemed like everything was going great! The staff was super friendly and telling me that I can upgrade my phone at a discount if I keep my line and add an extra for “basically free”. I thought why not! Wrong. The friendliness was a facade. Called Verizon customer service to close a deceased friend's Verizon account. I was told I needed to go to a "corporate store" to do that and provide the death certificate. Went the the Verizon Short Hills Mall store and was told I needed to bring back the router in order to close the account. Came back to the store with the router. Ed (I believe is his name), has the patience of a saint! We had to come here twice for issues with our trade ins /phone upgrades and he helped us figure things out and get us sorted with patience and professionalism. All of the staff were generally pleasant and helpful!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS AWFUL! They are rude, not helpful, and just try to sell you stuff. Do NOT go here.
