I visited this Verizon store today and unfortunately had a terrible experience. When I walked in, there were several employees helping customers, but absolutely no one greeted me or acknowledged that I had entered. I waited patiently near the front for about 10 minutes, expecting someone to check me in or at least say hello. I've just experienced identify theft/fraud at this Verizon store. Someone was able to pose as myself on Sunday evening, October 5th and purchase two Apple watches and other items and added them to my account. I don't even have an iPhone. They signed my name and it's not even my signature. I've received all of the emailed docs and I don't know how it's possible as all of my credit reports are locked and these decides we're "financed". I'm currently abroad so having difficulties getting this resolved.
Sales rep Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable about what our needs were. He explained everything thoroughly and we left extremely satisfied customers. Thank you, Juan... you are great!
