I got my new iphone last week, the service was Mid. You can tell the young man just cared about his comission. He told me a perk of my phone was having hbo and netflix and i saw the screens said it was 10$ a month, he said “no we will waive it for the next 3 years! “ i said ohh cool awesome then yeah ill take it. Got my bill notice today and it is in fact NOT FREE for 3 years. shame. I called Verizon customer service right away, thats false advertising. Big and fully featured store owned by VZ, not a reseller. Service depends on the crowd at the time of visit. I got on and out in under 3 minutes.

I was surprised by the lack of professionalism during my visit today. There was no greeting at all—no “Good morning,” no “Hello.” The lady at the front asked me to check in with an expression that came across as blank and arrogant. I deal with customers daily, and even I don’t expect much, but this behavior is far below standard. Basic courtesy is essential in any business environment.Moreover an old lady was standing and Verizon employee was sitting as she is the customer.
