Worst customer service , they told me what my plan would be, then it wasn’t what I was told. Went to the the store today. They told me someone would call me back, still waiting for the phone call. Stay away from this place.
I feel that when you go to these stores if not is an update of a new line the customer representative doesn't want to deal with you when there's a problem with your phone, Grace is a disgusting person and nasty, I purchased an iPhone 16, and it's giving a lot of issues I went to the store to swap for another phone and I explained what was wrong with my phone and she said “I have the same phone and gets the same issues that nothing is wrong with my phone” Jeff and Carlos are great.
I wanted to give them more but have a limit 5. I am very thankful to Jeff, he is honest reliable and polite with positive attitude. Thanks Jeff for everything, I will share my experience with my friends and family hope you will get more customers
Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Solved my issue very quickly, and the attendant kept me informed as to what he was doing as he worked.
Terrible. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this location is the worst. No help. They rush you even when you don't understand Their system. Unreal.
