Just skip this place and save your time. The rating is accurate and says it all. Rude. Unprofessional. Untrained, robots that have no skills. No customer service here nor desire to understand and support simple human/customer needs. Manager should be ashamed. Corporate should take notice, review customer replies, and clean house.
