Terrible customer service
Had a poor experience today with the sales rep. Came to upgrade my iPhone. He suggested the lesser model without showing me any options. When I asked him to show me the phones I decided on the pro model. He came back with 2 quotes and rushed through the information without explaining to me what I was looking at. Never offered to transfer my data from my phone to the new one. I didn’t like how he treated me so decided to go to a different Verizon location to complete my upgrade. Worst customer service , they told me what my plan would be, then it wasn’t what I was told. Went to the the store today. They told me someone would call me back, still waiting for the phone call. Stay away from this place.
I feel that when you go to these stores if not is an update of a new line the customer representative doesn't want to deal with you when there's a problem with your phone, Grace is a disgusting person and nasty, I purchased an iPhone 16, and it's giving a lot of issues I went to the store to swap for another phone and I explained what was wrong with my phone and she said “I have the same phone and gets the same issues that nothing is wrong with my phone” Jeff and Carlos are great.
