Went in to buy AirPods and the sale rep accidentally rang me up twice and charged me for items I never received. He ensured me that the order I never got would not be charged I told him I saw it under pending . He then said oh it won’t come up and was showing me it was incomplete. Two days later it’s posted on my account and then I called customer service and they called the store and whoever was working just hung up on the customer service supervisor.
I went to the Verizon store in Totowa because it is a corporate store and they can do more than a regular Verizon store. When I walked in an employee named Alex came over to help us and he did an amazing job with our account. He got us all the discounts and promotions that he could with our account and we ended up leaving with an upgraded phone paid off bill free subscriptions and Netflix Hulu Disney+ ESPN and Apple TV and he essentially have us paying two dollars less than our bill has been originally for the last couple ye... read more
