I went there to returned a router that I received by Verizon and they never returned to them! Now Verizon wanna charge me 200$!
Their lack of professionalism and customer care put my father at risk. My 88 year old hearing impaired father walked into this store yesterday because he didn’t know how to adjust the light on his screen. The salesmen Ali decided he needed new phone instead of making the simple adjustment for him and changed his iPhone to a google pixel phone. Terrible customer service
Had a poor experience today with the sales rep. Came to upgrade my iPhone. He suggested the lesser model without showing me any options. When I asked him to show me the phones I decided on the pro model. He came back with 2 quotes and rushed through the information without explaining to me what I was looking at. Never offered to transfer my data from my phone to the new one. I didn’t like how he treated me so decided to go to a different Verizon location to complete my upgrade.
