I have had so many issues with Verizon with not only billing, but my service as well. The store representatives are not helpful in the slightest they point you to the mobile app or calling the customer service number, but the chat reps and the customer service agents that you speak with are completely incompetent. I just want to know what the reason for having the techs in the store is if they're just gonna direct you to useless customer service and not help you with a single thing.

Make sure you get whatever "deal" they promise in writing with a signature. Local deals aren't real and is simply a lure. I lost so much money because of their local promises not being fulfilled. Example is one associate said my bill should be 220 a month plus home internet at i belive 60. First bill after device taxes and fees was over $400. The manager promised a $400 local deal and said I won't even have a first bill and likely not a second or at least a small bill. The $400 didn't exist. I expected it because I had an ov... read more
