Make sure you get whatever "deal" they promise in writing with a signature. Local deals aren't real and is simply a lure. I lost so much money because of their local promises not being fulfilled. Example is one associate said my bill should be 220 a month plus home internet at i belive 60. First bill after device taxes and fees was over $400. The manager promised a $400 local deal and said I won't even have a first bill and likely not a second or at least a small bill. The $400 didn't exist. I expected it because I had an ov... read more

The worst customer service I've ever had. Will be canceling my service and going somewhere else. The "reps" were completely incompetent. They got more done talking about food than actually helping out a customer.
