The store and team were a great atmosphere to walk into. I came back home and my phone wasnt turning on. Needed help asap. I believe the person who helped me was Bryce. He tried everything to revive my phone but it just wasn't working. He helped me pick out a new one, put a screen protector on and gave options for a case. Spoke to a representative about getting a line upgraded to Unlimited Plus one of my lines needed for work. They input the upgrade onto the incorrect line. I cannot go into the store because I am sick with a fever and my brother is working but struggling due to not having the upgraded service. The phone assistant was very rude and disrespectful trying to assist me with this. A very unpleasant experience with the staff here.
Chace and Landon were amazing! We transferred nine phones and had to come in on two different occasions, and they were incredibly helpful both times. Patient, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Highly recommend!
Went to the store to upgrade and get a new tablet. They transferred everything over and helped me remove a few old tablets from my account. Great experience.
Garett was so great to work with. Upgraded two phones and was out the door in less than 20 min.
