I switched from AT&T to verizon and was told we would get a switcher rebate for 300 per line so 600 total. We had to wait forever for 1 rebate but never got the other. I went into the store countless times but all they want to do is refer you to online customer support or call this number. Their customer calling is the worst in the world. Absolutely never helped. My monthly bill was different every month and was a difference of 10-100 dollars. Soo needless to say we switched back to AT&T. Never got the other 300 dollar rebat... read more
Was helped today by Maggie, we came in with an absolute mess with a carrier transfer that had failed, and she was so patient with us and worked so hard to help us! Super great staff!
I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and attentive the workers were at this location. They went out of their way to make sure I received a discount that the corporate system said I was ineligible for. I had once left a bad review for this location but I highly recommend it now!
