Great customer service
It's smells horrible in there and it looks terrible wasn't comfortable at all it barren in there nothing to make you feel good about walking in most places are inviting this one is not
The way he dealt with them was dry and I could not understand him because of my hearing impairment, which caused me embarrassment and made me leave the place upset. Unfortunately, returning to this place is impossible.
Good people. They don't like to do the transfer of files between phones for you anymore (we should have your photos going to a cloud like Google photos anyway), can't really blame them. They don't for old folks who can't figure out the phone transfer apps they suggest. Good at suggesting ways to save. Overall, quite friendly and knowledgeable as staff.
So, this is for the Verizon store in Logan, UT. My wife & I came up here from southern New Mexico for a big dog show. The entire week went great until the day before we were to leave. My wife's phone bricks like champ...is deader than Jimmy Carter is now. The big issue with the pho e is that it serves as my wife's medical control device for her insulin pump and CGM...so very important we gwt it replaced ASAP.
