Bought an iPhone 15 from this store. The rep/salesman, Ammon Stone, was great to deal with. Friendly, professional and upfront. I have visited this location at least half a dozen times since moving here in October. Every time everyone was helpful and friendly.
Went in and got a new phone. With one hour left until closing and nobody else in the store with three workers there. They refused and said they couldn’t transfer anything from my old phone to my new phone. One hour left, three workers, and nobody else in the store. Talk about lazy.
Great customer service
It's smells horrible in there and it looks terrible wasn't comfortable at all it barren in there nothing to make you feel good about walking in most places are inviting this one is not
The way he dealt with them was dry and I could not understand him because of my hearing impairment, which caused me embarrassment and made me leave the place upset. Unfortunately, returning to this place is impossible.
