Was there Sunday they tried to sell me everything that I didn't want including home internet it was like shopping for a car all I wanted was a new phone that I was paying cash for NO CONTRACT they made me wait over an hour after I paid cash just to give me my phone This place is a joke they even lied to me and told me that LTE is the same as 5G.............................

Dylan convinced me to switch from version to T mobile and it was the best decision I ever made. Extremely experienced salesman. Partnered with Juan to make our transition pain free. This store is top tier.

I'm not sure why this store has received so many negative reviews. The staff and manager were extremely helpful, ensured I received the best available offer, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had yet again to go to the Verizon store to deal with fraud. We were on the phone with the fraud department, since, for some spectacularly stupid reason, it was outsourced to the Philippines, and an employee named Jorge simply had to turn the music up since "this was a store." We explained to him that we needed to hear our conversation over the phone and he said he claimed to "understand" but needed to turn the music up anyway. Parasites like him shouldn't work anywhere and served to add insult to injury to our experience... read more
