I'm not sure why this store has received so many negative reviews. The staff and manager were extremely helpful, ensured I received the best available offer, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

We had yet again to go to the Verizon store to deal with fraud. We were on the phone with the fraud department, since, for some spectacularly stupid reason, it was outsourced to the Philippines, and an employee named Jorge simply had to turn the music up since "this was a store." We explained to him that we needed to hear our conversation over the phone and he said he claimed to "understand" but needed to turn the music up anyway. This place is the best! Ordered a phone online, useless customer service 3 hours on hold ! No one ever answered. These guys had me up and running within 15 minutes. Went Saturday morning great staff, thank you

**UPDATE: Janeille did somehow order an extra phone, case and screen protector that showed up at my house. When I went back to the store to return these, she again blamed me for the duplicate order (even though she placed the order). She could not even figure out how to return the case so I now have an extra that I paid for, do not want, **but can't return.** I would not go to this store again. Two interactions with complete disregard for me as a person. I hate to call out specific employees but this was an experience so neg... read more
