Valerie at Verizon in Butler was tremendous to deal with. Verizon Corporate messed up ordering my new phone twice in the same week. They were unable to help me. When I called them they told me I had to cancel and order for a third time and they were going to charge me again. Valerie was able to take care of my problem and I left the store with the phone I originally ordered. I would recommend going to the store and dealing with her anytime

I hate to call out specific employees but this was an experience so negative that I had to go to another store to resolve. Janielle was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the various products and plans available. That's where the positives end unfortunately. My husband and I arrived at 11am, stating that my current phone stopped working and I wanted to upgrade. After discussing phones available, Janielle talked about getting a free tablet and watch. Traded then my s21 ultra a 1k plus phone they gave me 100 bucks for it now I’m stuck on there plan with garbage 5g that doesn’t work half the time

The staff is very unhelpful and uninformed. When I walked in, there was only 1 staff member who was already helping the only other people in the store. It took about 10 minutes for another staff member to come out from the back office. He then proceeded to not even come up to interact with me, I had to flag him down and ask him to help me. This male staff employee who tried to help me was very rude.
