6 zflip 7 phones in 3 months , over heating shorting out. Took a new one in today to get it fixed no luck. Now I am getting the 7th. I have 2 watches , 4 phones , internet and 2 tablets. They guaranteed me this would work. I was on the phone with Verizon while I was there the service was not good. Really disappointed

A young employee named Datun helped me a lot. We went around for two days and couldn't solve the problem, but a man at Verizon named Datun helped. He's the best. Contact him. He is beast if next time I go only to hem.
Sydni Goodman was awesome in helping me set up my phone and account. Her manager was awesome also. Sydni spent ALOT of time with me in changing over from a previous carrier and she met with a lot of problems with that previous carrier yet she stayed with the task until completed. Thank you Sydni!!
