Been a customer since 2005. Poor customer service experience and apparently has system issues at the office. Get your transfer pin and move to T-mobile.
I always have a good experience in this store. Even without an appointment there’s usually no longer than a 15-20 minute wait. You could spend all day trying to get help on the phone. Go to the store instead with any problem you are having, they will make things right! Very knowledgeable & patient employees.
I wanted to leave a review and say thanks to Connor for helping restore cell service to my iPhone. Connor was patient, attentive, and worked collaboratively with his co-workers to solve the issue with my phone. Thanks.
Great service and personal commitment. Michael took care of our issues as we switched from AT&T. He guided us through all steps including data transfer and some customer service issues. We feel confident to walk in this neighborhood store if there are any issues. Extremely satisfied and would love to vouch for Michael who is doing fantastic job. Impressed by his transparency and customer service excellence. He goes above and beyond to resolve issues until total satisfaction is achieved. Highly recommend
6 zflip 7 phones in 3 months , over heating shorting out. Took a new one in today to get it fixed no luck. Now I am getting the 7th. I have 2 watches , 4 phones , internet and 2 tablets. They guaranteed me this would work. I was on the phone with Verizon while I was there the service was not good. Really disappointed
