I was frustrated and in tears because of my online and phone experience with Verizon and Asurian . Gabriel listened immediately and acted quickly. He replaced my phone and did all the troubleshooting required to program it to all of my original settings; despite having a phone that was completely dead . He went above and beyond. I didn’t know customer service like this still existed.
Gave a run around and told us to call customer service. Frankly the rep told us that this store blew smoke up our rears and basically didn't want to deal with the problem. Luckily the CS Rep took care of it because they sure didn't want to.
The 5 stars are purely only for Devin Wilson, this man was absolutely incredible and did everything he could to help me get a phone going. I would go to him specifically. After being there three times, because my phone was destroyed my number was suspended so I couldn't switch my phone because we were told a phone was being shipped, well fast forward 5 days and what do you know customer service lied and never sent a phone!
