The service people in the store were pretty unhelpful when I had a problem. They just referred me to the online customer service, which was better, fortunately.
I was extremely appreciative of the service I received from Bobby recently at the Horseheads NY location. I had purchased a new phone for my elderly mom who lives in the Elmira area. I went in to transfer the information from her old iPhone to a Samsung A16, and to update her plan. To be honest, I was not looking forward to this task, as I have heard it could take a few hours. Poor experience. We were pleasantly greeted by someone while we were awaiting however the individual we worked with seemed like he could care less. I don't believe he even told us his name. He didn't listen well, another employee came and interrupted us and didn't do it professionally. Once we established Verizon doesn't do anything for its current customers for any promos, my wife has asked if he could help with her phone that was having issues. His response was.
