Just today I upgraded my phone at this store greatly assisted by Reg. What a great guy he was. I watched as he not only helped us but also others. He had such a helpful and gracious manner about him. An angel at work. Thanks so much Reg. Davy.

This was by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had while attempting to purchase a new phone. During my wife’s visit to this Verizon location to upgrade, pricing was repeatedly changed without clear explanation, and additional lines were attempted to be added despite us explicitly declining them. When we requested a detailed price breakdown for transparency, the staff’s demeanor noticeably shifted and became curt and unprofessional. I walked into the Verizon store hoping for help and left 1.5 hours later with nothing but frustration. From the moment I arrived, the staff were noticeably unfriendly—no greeting, no introduction, no effort to make me feel welcome. I waited and waited, only to walk out without any resolution to my issue. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this location fell far short. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their time here.
