Customer service not very good employees are nice but overall experience can be improved.
I walked into the Verizon store hoping for help and left 1.5 hours later with nothing but frustration. From the moment I arrived, the staff were noticeably unfriendly—no greeting, no introduction, no effort to make me feel welcome. I waited and waited, only to walk out without any resolution to my issue. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this location fell far short. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their time here.
The service people in the store were pretty unhelpful when I had a problem. They just referred me to the online customer service, which was better, fortunately.
I was extremely appreciative of the service I received from Bobby recently at the Horseheads NY location. I had purchased a new phone for my elderly mom who lives in the Elmira area. I went in to transfer the information from her old iPhone to a Samsung A16, and to update her plan. To be honest, I was not looking forward to this task, as I have heard it could take a few hours.
