I went in yesterday 8/19 because I've been having ongoing issues with my brand new phone. After receiving a replacement phone that was damaged, a tech on Verizon chat told me to keep my chat open and go into the nearest store so they can give me a brand new phone, as I have been on a second level escalation for 3, almost 4 weeks now. The employee was nice . Frenchy was her name. The only issue I have is with the company. They offered me a “free” phone and a free line if I upgraded. Long story short they wanted 200 bucks for the phone . It was not free. And even before I could even talk to them about a new deal I had to pay off my balance first . That’s ridiculous. You guys charge an arm and a leg and if you want your employees over the phone to process it it’s an additional 10$ . I’m canceling my service and going prepaid.

They rip you off, they are not even Verizon, the store is ran by a different company, Cellular Sales. Bad outcome!
