If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away from Verizon altogether, they are way over priced and service sucks no matter where u are.
I brought in my phone because we couldn’t get Siri to work and then we couldn’t get out of the lock screen. Ben was able to fix it within 5 minutes.
Matt has helped me several times. Can not recommend him enough. All very positive experiences.
