If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away from Verizon altogether, they are way over priced and service sucks no matter where u are.
I brought in my phone because we couldn’t get Siri to work and then we couldn’t get out of the lock screen. Ben was able to fix it within 5 minutes.
Matt has helped me several times. Can not recommend him enough. All very positive experiences.

I originally went into the store looking for a stand charger because my phone wasn't charging with my current charger. A very kind associate took the time to look at my phone and discovered the issue, green playdoh lol. He removed the playdoh and my phone was able to charge. Shortly after leaving the store my car charger broke off into my phone. Luckily I was able to remove it from my phone.
