Standard Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives at the Verizon at *611 treated me horribly for the situation I was in this past week and didn’t do anything for me, but the representative that stood by me the whole time in the store Thank you much appreciated. also, Verizon is not corporate anymore, Here at the Lakewood Ny branch so they have to answer to let’s just say the upper people so it’s very hard to do anything now in the store hence, part of my issue this past week.
