Great experience with Jerry at the Verizon store! He helped switch my family from T-Mobile to Verizon. He did a great job explaining the switch and hooked us up with perks! We were nervous heading into this but he made everyone relax and laugh as we picked out new phones and accessories. He’s even hooking us up with NFL Sunday Ticket! Everyone knows switching carriers can be a pain but Jerry made it awesome. He’s the man!
