Verizon states that walk ins are encouraged but no representative even cared to tell us the wait time nor even approach us. Waited in lobby for 45 min. I went up and they stated to make online appointments. Would have been nice to be told that within 5-10 min of showing up. Customer service has gone down hill or Verizon doesn't care.
