We had a great experience here. In a couple of hours, Dana got us all connected (with the exception of one phone that wouldn't work regardless of who did it). He gave us a great deal and saved us a lot of money. Don't ever go to Selectel Wireless (also in Columbus, where we switched from) because they are not as upfront and honest and reliable as this Verizon is. Make sure you work with Dana if at all possible. A lot of the other employees seem pretty sluggish but he works hard and is persistent. Thank you!
