Waited 20 minutes to not talk to anyone.
I won’t step foot in this store again. My dad wanted a new phone so we ordered one through Verizon and had it sent to the store. We picked it up Friday night. They called us Monday morning telling us that they had a glitch in the system and the phone was never checked out to us. They told us if we did not bring it back to the store they would charge us the full amount for the phone and the phone would be listed as ‘stolen’.
