I just went to the Verizon store in Germantown, MD to trade in my flip phone for a smart phone. I was told to check in using the electronic checkin. I tried and it locked up after 2 screens. I told the staff and was ignored. 2 people came in after me and successfully checked in. The staff who saw me come in when there was no line ignored me and helped the person that sucessfully checked in. I complained and the staff just looked at me and said nothing, so I left. Best customer service I’ve experience in a long time helped me with everything I needed. I didn’t even have to ask any questions because I was so well assisted that I didn’t need to ask any questions and they gave me and let me know about things that I did not know about so thank you to the people that work here.

I placed an express 1 hour phone pick up order to this store and it took them a little over 4 hours to have it ready. They were not accommodating when I came in after 3 hours. Is it hard to retrieve a phone from the storage and process the order?? My pizza at dominoes can be prepared and delivered quicker than it took this store to hand me my phone.
