AVOID this place at all costs. I went in to upgrade and restart my 2 year commitment with Verizon. I was told by Brittany directly to my face that in order to upgrade I’m required to get insurance with my phone for 60 days, meaning pay 30$ a month for two months. After the 2 months I was told to text the associate to cancel the insurance. I questioned the worker multiple times but she insisted that this were accurate. Zero help. Avoid this store at all costs. Called in and accomplished what I need to in 5 minutes. Didn’t have sit and watch the slowwwwww employees waste my time

Had a VERY good experience at the Germantown location. Andy took a challenging situation and went the extra mile to find solutions for me. It would have been easy to push this off BUT he took the initiative and worked thru Corporate and FedEx to find solutions that would allow for a Merry Christmas. :-) Thank you Andy !!!!!

We needed to get my Dad a new phone, and technology isn't his strong suit. Fortunately for us, Karen helped us. She took over an hour and a half finding him the best deal so his monthly costs wouldn't increase, helped ensure as much information for the old phone synced over to the new phone, and showed him other tricks. We appreciated her helpful and positive attitude and hope she is recognized for her exceptional customer service. Thank you Karen!!!

Horrible customer service. I spent 1 hour after signing in and people who came after me were taken before. When I noticed and asked the rep, I was told that my name was called. I stood in the store for an entire hour and nobody called my name. I've been a customer for over 25 years and this is the kind of service you get them. Very disappointing.
