I had issues with my plan and I got frustrated with the operators over the phone. I decided to go talk to a real person and this store basically refused to service me. They claimed they only do sales, not customer service.

This review is for Verizon Wireless as a whole. I was a Verizon wireless customer for 17 years. Verizon became very expensive and the customer service went downhill. They have made my transition from Verizon to T-Mobile extremely difficult. First, they immediately suspend your account login and you cannot view the final bill.
