I had a great experience at this location. The wait was short, everyone was friendly, and John helped me secure the best deal when upgrading my phone.
While some of the staff at this location were friendly, the manager Carlos was profoundly unhelpful and unwilling to assist in providing solutions to resolve the issue experienced today. Absolute best Verizon store in our area. Highly competent assistants.
I had issues with my plan and I got frustrated with the operators over the phone. I decided to go talk to a real person and this store basically refused to service me. They claimed they only do sales, not customer service.
