This review is for Verizon Wireless as a whole. I was a Verizon wireless customer for 17 years. Verizon became very expensive and the customer service went downhill. They have made my transition from Verizon to T-Mobile extremely difficult. First, they immediately suspend your account login and you cannot view the final bill. My mother and I visited this Verizon location twice regarding a phone upgrade tied to a Verizon promotion that we were clearly able to process through Best Buy. Best Buy honored the Verizon deal without issue and instructed us to return the old device to an official Verizon store to receive the trade-in credit. I had a very bad experience at this Verizon store. The woman who assisted me was rude from the moment I walked in. She did not greet me, did not offer help, and kept giving me uncomfortable looks. When she heard me speaking Spanish, her attitude got worse. She told me in a rude tone that I needed a U.S. passport, which is not correct.
