Was trying to upgrade my phone but they were WAY overpriced compared to what I was able to get by calling customer service.
Verizon has made everything so difficult. Manager did all he could but corporate did not.
Terrible customer service — unacceptable experience. We’ve had both our business and personal services with Verizon for years, but this visit left us shocked. I came into the store because no one could assist me over the phone, only to be treated dismissively in person as well. The manager and an employee named Moisin were both completely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. Went in to visit the Leesburg Village location this morning. I had a few questions regarding some charges that appeared on my last bill. I walked into the store and noted three persons inside. One was a customer being helped by an associate and the third person was seated at a type of desk with a laptop and two phones.
