2nd try at trying to get a simple task done at a Verizon store. Previously tried Reston. Once again Verizon has proven they are useless. If you asked a magic 8 ball the weather, it would give you a better answer than anyone in the store. I am honestly astonished at their incompetence, a little in awe.
Just tried to get some help and with an order. Manager jumped in to the conversation and was extremely rude. Between this and their phone reps, Verizon does not care about customer service.

I had a great experience at this location. The wait was short, everyone was friendly, and John helped me secure the best deal when upgrading my phone.
