I had a great experience at this location. The wait was short, everyone was friendly, and John helped me secure the best deal when upgrading my phone.
While some of the staff at this location were friendly, the manager Carlos was profoundly unhelpful and unwilling to assist in providing solutions to resolve the issue experienced today.
