Some of the worst customer service you can possibly imagine comes from this store. The store manager here completely rude and apparently the store it support gets the runaround from the workers so that way the customer ends up paying in the long run. Totally unprofessional. If I didn't have to have Verizon, I wouldn't deal with these people. Update: The IT department saves the day! Extremely helpful and informative team. They were able to very quickly fix what the third party store had messed up with my new phone.
