Wife and I went in to get new phones. Only I got one since they didn’t have what my wife wanted in stock. Saleswoman seemed so sure she was doing a great job but completely screwed up our phone. She told me I’d have 30 days to make the transition to using my new phone; gave it to me in the box. Saleswoman isn’t paying attention and assigns my new phone to wife’s number; little did wife know her old phone immediately went dead. Didn’t find out until after store is closed. My sister and I originally went to a different verizon location to upgrade my iPhone12 to an iPhone 17e. They pulled up our account on their iPad and showed how we could $415 off in trade credits. Unfortunately this store didn’t have any iPhone 17s in stock and we had the displeasure of going to the Rockaway location. For whatever reason Nadeem was unable to see the $415 trade credit offer. We had to go in to this store multiple times because they kept having complications. Our second time we had someone name Nadem help us and he was extremely rude and rushing us. He messed up our trade in and didn't apply it so much so we had to call verizon support and have them manually correct it. He didn't know how to check for anything and tried telling us the trade in values were less than what was showing and we had to tell him to double check for him to correct it.
