My sister and I originally went to a different verizon location to upgrade my iPhone12 to an iPhone 17e. They pulled up our account on their iPad and showed how we could $415 off in trade credits. Unfortunately this store didn’t have any iPhone 17s in stock and we had the displeasure of going to the Rockaway location. For whatever reason Nadeem was unable to see the $415 trade credit offer. We had to go in to this store multiple times because they kept having complications. Our second time we had someone name Nadem help us and he was extremely rude and rushing us. He messed up our trade in and didn't apply it so much so we had to call verizon support and have them manually correct it. He didn't know how to check for anything and tried telling us the trade in values were less than what was showing and we had to tell him to double check for him to correct it. Worst experience with a "customer" service provider that made us call customer service for assistance. The representative was completely passive, would not even make eye contact, did not offer any solutions

They are there to SELL. If you need any services/ technical support - they are either incompetent or ignorant. Came today with few questions. Fios related questions- they don’t do that, billing questions- call customer service, technical support with account settings- same. So, I just asked person, who supposed to help, what they are for in there. He snapped at me that I was being rude and walk away.
