The service to customers here is absolutely terrible. We would not recommend. Everyone working here only cares about making a sale. I recently visited this location with my family because we recently had to order an iPhone and wait a few days to arrive. Once we received the iPhone, we needed assistance from the store employees to transfer their information. Not one person offered to help. Every time I go to this location and get a new cell phone there's all kinds of hidden stuff that they don't tell you yes you do sign for it in a thousand pages of what you're signing for but they tell you your bill will be this and when it comes in it's a lot more and they tell you it's too late you sign for it

Its a shame how poorly trained your associates are on customer service. Looks like the requirement to work at this location is to be rude with every customer that walks through the door. Daniel had to take care of me, and I say had to because it seemed to be an issue for me to even be there. Seriously very disappointed, as a paying customer, to be treated as a bother.
