Worst experience with a "customer" service provider that made us call customer service for assistance. The representative was completely passive, would not even make eye contact, did not offer any solutions

They are there to SELL. If you need any services/ technical support - they are either incompetent or ignorant. Came today with few questions. Fios related questions- they don’t do that, billing questions- call customer service, technical support with account settings- same. So, I just asked person, who supposed to help, what they are for in there. He snapped at me that I was being rude and walk away.

I would give this place -0 if I could does not deserve not even one star. I came in last night with phone issues and I was met with an extremely RUDE Employee the tall guy with the semi bald head, who looks miserable. I don’t know his name, but he works there evenings and then he saw me in tears over my phone that got annoyed and angry that I was crying and then he said, “that’s not my problem you’re on your own“ and walked away, leaving me completely alone and embarrassed completely IGNORING me then he arrogantly walked awa... read more

I visited this Verizon store on May 24, 2026, after discovering my account had been compromised — an unauthorized change to my account's security mobile number and PIN had locked me out, and I had just lost five days of service due to what Verizon later confirmed was a port-out scam. I came in specifically to cancel my lines because I had lost trust in Verizon's ability to secure my account. Ok so I walked in at 6:58 PM to upgrade my wife’s and daughter’s phones — no big deal, right? They had a check-in kiosk, which was actually pretty convenient. I did all the check-in steps, and the screen said I was next in line, so I thought we were off to a great start. A manager then walked up and told me I needed to check in.
