Not really impressed. What am I supposed to think when Verizon has to send you to another store to fix a relatively simple problem. For the price I pay for phone and cable, they should be able to fix everything and anything. Very disappointing.
Needed to add a business line and thanks to Dan it was seamless and smooth. He was able to answer all my questions as well as get me out that day with my new phone. Couldn't recommend this location or Dan enough!
Went to the Rockaway store to get a download from my iphone to a new android . The store employee doing the download was having trouble , it wasn't working . I went out for lunch . 3 HOURS later he handed me both phones ," your data is in the iphone and you can make calls and text with the andriod , you need to go to best buy and have the geek squad work on this you need special equipment " ????
