I tried signing up for a 5G home service. They promised it was plug and play—it wasn’t. Spent two hours on the phone with a rep who couldn’t even activate the service. Went back to the store to figure out what was going on, only to be told, "If it doesn't work now, it probably never will." Seriously? Was helped by Corey. He was fast, knowledgeable, and respected my time. He helped my dad and I get set up with new phones and he was really on top of things. Definitely the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store.
I did not feel welcomed in this store at all. I felt like it was a bother to serve me. They need to work on their people skills. I will hopefully receive better service at a different store.
Verizon corporate store. Has better prices than an authorized retailer. Staff is nice and knowledgeable
