Dylan was overall the best experience I've could've asked for buying my own phone for the first time. He was chill explained everything to me and my boyfriend and was very honest with us. He was cracking jokes and making us laugh, seriously helped me choose a phone and took everything into consideration for my needs. He went above and beyond as a employee and a person. My third bad experience at this location- today I spoke with the manager about a cell phone for my father. No one would help him or show him how to set it up when he purchased it. He’s 87 and in a wheelchair. The customer service here is terrible. He was told we don’t do that here when he asked a salesman to show him something. Do better and learn how to treat people!! We will drive to McMurray, where they know how to treat people!

I stopped in Tuesday, May 6th after having bad luck with 2 other phones being delivered and not working properly. Chris troubleshooted everything that was not working and fixed it properly. This man needs a promotion! He is my go to from now.
