Jazzy was extremely knowledgeable when helping me to upgrade to a new iPhone, and patiently helped me get the new phone operating! We also realized that we have some common interests! She was refreshingly kind and patient!
Never have good service here. Last time I was in i waited for about 20 minutes, as one person was working... the moment a lady came in, a dude came out from the back, skipped me, and helped her. Won't be back, youre better off handling your issues online/calling.
Unfortunately I had to get a new phone because my Android wasn't charging. I'm a product of "rotary" and "push button" phones. I'm never thrilled when I have to deal with "modern technology". Also Unfortunately my Android was dying on a Sunday to boot. I stopped at the Verizon store in Plum. There was a young man named Dylan working. Dylan has helped me in the past.
