Very poor customer service. I was randomly told they were only taking appointments when I arrived there. Wasted a drive and wasted my time. Said it was due to being poorly staffed. When your open you are supposed to be open until the time posted.

Jazzy was extremely knowledgeable when helping me to upgrade to a new iPhone, and patiently helped me get the new phone operating! We also realized that we have some common interests! She was refreshingly kind and patient!
