Nate E helped me process all the options for me when it came to my cracked back screen. I was able to get this sorted out without spending a ton and he looked over my account to make sure I am getting the best prices etc. I recommend going in later in the evening as it seems to be popular during the day. In the evening it was just me, him and another customer.

I was mailed the wrong phone so I called customer service. They were really nice about it. The manager got involved. They both said the customer service rep and the manager that they put detailed notes in my account. So when they log into it and they pop-up my account, they can see all the notes on what to do. To make it easier for me. So there's no question. Tried to get the Google Pixel 10 deal. The guy was very rude by telling us to "please let him finish" and refused to sell us the phones without taking the insurance plan off. Absolutely no help at all and a complete waste of time.

Terrible customer service. The manager Kayla made it obvious she did not want to return my product. I am going to assume very similar to many other retail locations employees only want to make sales, but in the ways of customer service this is terrible in the ways of retaining customers. Once you buy a product best wishes and deal with customer service online! You might as well purchase your devices online because that is the way you will handle any business anyway. A.I. operators and shipping labels. Thank you for nothing!
