If I could give more than 5 stars, 100% would. Brandon is amazing. Polite, friendly, intelligent, and respectful. Took us right in, didn’t make us feel dumb made sure we were taken care of while making sure everyone walking in after us is also tended to. THIS is why we stayed after the horrible experiences at the “authorized” retailer experience at the mall. Stephanie and the whole staff are beyond kind and helpful

Micah was awesome! She was very personable and made my experience as easy and straightforward as possible. Great location with a lot of staff, so there was no wait time.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Micah Monger (Specialist). She was extremely cool and patient with me. Unlike other people who just say 'I don't know' and give up, Micah actually cared. She went above and beyond, talking to multiple people to figure out exactly what was going on with my problem. She really wanted to help and stuck with it until she had an answer. She didn't give me a hard time at all—she just got it done. She is awesome."
