Every time I come to the store, I have such a bad experience, David was supposedly helping me today and yet walked away several times while I was on the phone with customer service with Verizon. The most incompetent people work here, I feel like the only reason why they work here is to get a sale and to make commission, other than that they don’t want to help you. First and foremost, I recommend making an appointment. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. My Verizon specialist was Solomon and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He took his time looking up my account and trying to give me the best deal he could on a phone upgrade to the S26 Ultra. Phenomenal customer service is rare thing these days so when a person receives it, it is very much appreciated! Absolutely an outstanding job!! Thank you
I have never had a representative as good as Micah Monger. She was incredible and addressed every question I asked her in the most professional, comprehensible way possible. She is the model of what every organization should aspire to! Thank you!
They need to work on their customer service skills and make sure that people have the right information so they can make the best decision for themselves
We went in here for customer service on an iPad issue. We tried through corporate and multiple stores with no success but Dillon and the assistant manager were fantastic and able to help solve the issue.
