They need to work on their customer service skills and make sure that people have the right information so they can make the best decision for themselves
We went in here for customer service on an iPad issue. We tried through corporate and multiple stores with no success but Dillon and the assistant manager were fantastic and able to help solve the issue.
Returned a broken Wi-Fi device here and was charged for not returning it. They realized and refunded as an account credit months later, went back today just to get out of the plan due to other issues. They double charged me for extras like Netflix and the guy there was just like yeah, it's tough.. Whole place smelled bad and nobody there was happy, poorly organized and sketchy to take money and refund as credit without consent
I waited in line for an hour, only to have someone who arrived after me be served before me. After an hour of waiting, they asked if I would be available tomorrow and mentioned they needed to close. I would not recommend using their services; it was a terrible experience. Take your money elsewhere.
