Great service
I had a great experience at this location. DB was extremely patient and went above and beyond to get me set up with a plan. So far everything has been great! Update: went in to finalize some plan details and had just as good of an experience with Brenden!
I had the worst experience coming to this Verizon, I’m so tired of people thinking that they know best for me. I went in to get a cell phone. I wanted to pay off out-of-pocket that same day. They were trying to make me do it by payments first they said it’s better if I financed it, I’ve been a customer with them for the past seven years very loyal. Worst customer experience I've had more than 40 years as a consumer domestic or internationally. Confusion over Verizon equipment return and RAY MARTA the manager was one of the most arrogant and hostile people I've ever had the misfortune to deal.with. when I sat in the shared commercial parking lot to call Verizon to complain he sent an employee out to threaten me and threaten to call rhe police and have me 'trespassed'; which, of course, he can't do in the parking lot. Never go to this store. It’s a complete scam. They lure you in with promises like a “free upgrade,” but then secretly add hidden charges to your account without your permission. When you try to resolve the issue, they don’t help—instead, they kick you out of the store. The general manager is extremely rude and acts more like a bully than someone in customer service. I will be reporting this behavior, because it’s unacceptable anywhere—especially at a business that’s supposed to value its customers.
