I had a completely different experience at this Verizon location compared with the Parker location. When I visited the Parker location, the employees were sitting together at one table and seemed to expect me to come to them rather than approaching and assisting me. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the customer service there was very welcoming or professional. At this location, however, the experience was excellent from the moment I walked in. I just experienced exceptional customer service at this Park Meadows Verizon store. Stephanie had years of experience and it showed. Great at multitasking. Like flying a plane and running air traffic control while reading a map, and serving passengers all at the same time.
Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s not often you can come in with a complex account problem and have a person help you right away.
