I had a great experience at this location. DB was extremely patient and went above and beyond to get me set up with a plan. So far everything has been great! Update: went in to finalize some plan details and had just as good of an experience with Brenden!
I had the worst experience coming to this Verizon, I’m so tired of people thinking that they know best for me. I went in to get a cell phone. I wanted to pay off out-of-pocket that same day. They were trying to make me do it by payments first they said it’s better if I financed it, I’ve been a customer with them for the past seven years very loyal.
