It's been years since I've been in to this location so I was pleased to see that it wasn't crowded. Getting a new phone and all that jazz took about 30 min. DB did his best to keep the pross painless and I appreciate that.

We stopped by a little after 6pm on a Friday night hoping to just buy a new smart watch. We knew the store didn't close until 7. However the employee greeted us by letting us know they would not be able to help us. We indicated we just wanted to purchase the watch. And that we live 2 hours from a Verizon store.
