While our wait was quite long (2+ hours) we did not make an appointment, so I understand why we waited. Marshall was extremely helpful and made sure that all of our questions were answered and continually checked in with us to make sure we were ok to keep waiting. When it was our turn, Marshall ensured that we knew how to use the new watch we had just purchased and let us know that he was available if questions came up after we left. They messed up and gave my phone the wrong number. When I came back to get it fixed the wait time was atrocious.
Be prepared to wait an hour if you don't make an online appointment. Don't expect to have your issue resolved in one appointment. Receiving competent assistance is possible if you happen to be lucky enough to speak with the rare experienced employee. If you ask for a manager, expect to spend most of your day there. Common sense does not seem to be a work requirement.
Really helpful staff. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Pro tip. Be nice to the staff and they will really help you. Being grouchy will get you minimal service. Seen it first hand. Hey you always get further being nice.
