I’m a 10 year tech expert. Verizon is a total ripoff. They don’t even have 5G service on majority of the east side of Hawaii and even major parts of the west side. They are far behind T-mobile and ATT. It makes no logical sense buying an expensive phone and not getting at least basic 5G coverage. Don’t buy!
Absolutely a nightmare.. I have now spent over 9hours, 4 consecutive days, and over 10 representatives.. There is no communication between asurion and verizon. Phone is under warranty, and i pay for insurance.. still no help... Save your time and money and go to any other carrier.
Sent me a new SIM card. Via UPS to my address that has trouble with ups. 3 hours on the phone, at leat 12 different people in several different departments AND disconnected 5 times. Finally get the address right and give the box number in case it gets sent usps. Won't deliver my order to a box so they use just the street address. Now if sent UPS like first order, no problem. BUT NO. Now being sent via USPS which doesn't deliver to street addresses in my city. Worst customer service ever. Would be easier to switch phone servi... read more
Extremely poor service. Beyond poor service. We drove 56 miles to from out of town to help my wife cousin who is a a shut in and in mobile to get a new phone since it broke. We arranged it on line that we could get pick up his phone at this Hilo location and that we could be his representative to pick it up. We get there.
