Great people, especially Gabe, he helped out alot with getting my dad a new phone 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Ideal place to get a new cell phone staff is very good at changing to a better provider.

Natalie at this store is amazing! She took her time over two hours to finally get two phones out of Consumer Cellular and back with Verizon. She is kind easy-going and knowledgeable.
Very professional with all the knowledge to be helpful. It has been 9 years since my first review and it is time for an update. I have seen the customer service and knowledge that I spoke of, in my first review, slip. Gradually, it has declined, as really good associates have moved on or been pushed out.
