Avery stuck with me through a complicated process of getting my phone account out of a family plan.....courteous, knowledgeable, patient. I pay more for Verizon, gladly, because there is a local, corporate store here. I have been w Verizon almost 30 years. This store is spotless, well-staffed, and well-stocked. It isn't a franchise....this is "real" Verizon. Grateful.

I can not say enough nice things about James in the Ellijay, Ga store. He set up two new phones for two technically challenged people. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. There is no way this experience could have been any better. I have been with Verizon for over 18 years. Because of people like James, I will never switch. Thank you James for your help.
Dillon was the worst person I could gotten when getting my phone very racist. Talked about how dark I was and kept making race slurs ! Don't not go here!
