Great customer service...answered all questions and gave great advice.
Horrible customer service!! I can't talk to a human. Couldn't pay a bill. My friend said just to let them cut it off. He'd rather go to another internet service because of it.

I pay more for Verizon, gladly, because there is a local, corporate store here. I have been w Verizon almost 30 years. This store is spotless, well-staffed, and well-stocked. It isn't a franchise....this is "real" Verizon. Grateful.
