Rob was excellent. He helped me when I couldn’t get help from customer service. He was very thorough and checked for other ways to save me money.
Mac was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
This store is helpful, they have great management. Verizon's overall customer service has become hugely terrible as a company. Their constant wording and promo tricks, package changes and over-billing practices are no secret. If you have a complex issue thats actually because of something on Verizon's end - this store can likely help. not all stores know how to or will.
