This verizon is the best one I've found on the west half of tucson. Verizon pricing is always questionable.. Verizon and the shop aside, I've been in here a few times and the guy working there always did everything he could to help. So the guy working there gets 6 stars!!
They make promise then brake it after u switch carriers bad business poor training find a different store stay away from this store they don't pay off your phones from other carrier like promise or give free phones like they say I should have stayed with my other carrier mistake my sales rep Gregory lied to me and managers were no help stories kept changing they are liars worse experience ever ever with a phone carrier way to go verizon! VZW doesn’t want their ‘agents’ answering phone calls to the local store in Marana. So I called the national number from here in Arizona, and spoke with an agent in Arkansas. No problem so far. I asked the agent if I needed an appointment for the Marana store; she said I did not. Feeling positive about the experience so far, I drove to the Marana store, and arrived 3 hours prior to closing. Very sleazy dealer almost feels like I'm at a use car lot, never told all hidden fees. The best of the whole experience has they did enter i formation right so got charged for everything got a sweet bill over 2,000$. Thanks verizon. A+
Erin was the best rep EVER! I had been dealing with a billing and trade in issue for over a month or so. Talked to customer service over the phone multiple times, I talked to the corporate office on Broadway and no one seemed to be able to help. UNTIL I went to this location and Erin helped me. Solved my issue in less than 30 mins with ease! I was completely expecting a painful process, and she made it so great!
