I had a fantastic experience with Joey this morning. I initially came in to to get some help because my SIM card was no longer functioning. Joey took care of that and talked to me about my phone plan and offered some suggestions on how to save some money. He walked through each step with me to make sure I got the discounts setup and that I understood all the parts of my bill. Thanks Joey!
The experience was okay. There where 3 representatives and I actually had to stand there for about 8 minutes before they would check me in.
I would highly recommend going to a different location if possible. The staff were unhelpful as well as r rude when asked questions.There were many frustrated people there. I would NOT recommend.
Joey has really great customer service and he has helped me out with informing me on how my plans work and what I can expect from Verizon!
Had to return a new phone and order a new one. Not happy about having to pay a $50 restocking charge! They definately take your money!
