I had a really good experience the other day there (8/9/25)!! I dreaded going to Verizon on a Sat., but they were able to get me in quickly because thankfully they had a lot of employees on that day. Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful as I was comparing Samsung and iphone. I have been on iphone forever but made a big switch due to how important good pictures are to me since I take so many! She was low pressure and very helpful. Everyone working there that day was super helpful!
I’ve been a Verizon customer for many years. I took my chances to come in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and was greeted with people who could help me right away. Casey, Joey and Torian all helped me. they did all that they could do to make sure that my issue was totally resolved and it was. I would highly recommend this location to visit for Verizon services. Again, a big shout out to the team there and especially to those who went the extra mile.
Worst experience ever. No help with new phone explanations. Didn't know much about setting and ect. More interest in selling items. Phone only a year old . Never again.

I had a fantastic experience with Joey this morning. I initially came in to to get some help because my SIM card was no longer functioning. Joey took care of that and talked to me about my phone plan and offered some suggestions on how to save some money. He walked through each step with me to make sure I got the discounts setup and that I understood all the parts of my bill. Thanks Joey!
