How is a company with such bad customer service still around? 1. Never received my equipment 2. Had to go to the store to pick it up 3. If you're ever feeling too competent or just want to lower your expectations for customer service, may I suggest a visit to Madison at Verizon Prosper? This young lady couldn't find her way out of a paper bag with a flashlight, a GPS, and someone shouting directions from the outside. I came in looking for help—silly me. Couldn't be more pleased with being able to setup our business wireless service here, Cale the business mgr went above and beyond to help us establish our service with them, their competitor just on the other side of the building in blue wanted $1000 deposit per line, 6 phones, 2 watches to start service! We had issues with cust service approving the right docs when we had them, and Cale called higher ups and made it happen. Couldn't be more happier than our experience there at the Propser location!
First time Verizon customer after switching from ATT. Nothing but issues with this location they don’t give you the correct information and they don’t know what they are talking about.
