Service sucks, customer service sucks,they act like they don't know anything,slow as hell,need to close down,tried to return a pencil, couldn't get it returned,went to Lebanon store,within 5 minutes they took care of my return....never ever coming back to Verizon in MT Juliet......sorry and everything about them just a mess.
I recently visited Verizon and had a great experience with the team. Josh helped me add a line to my account and made the entire process seamless—he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On a separate visit, Caitlyn assisted me with programming my new phone upgrade, and she was patient and efficient. Patrick was also very nice and helpful when it came to getting the right accessories. Overall, excellent customer service all around.
No, no, not at this location. They do your best to sell you something. They don’t listen you, they don’t care what you want, they all want is to sell you something. Without your authorization they add and change your plans. This is not verizon customer service, this is bullshit selling location
Avoid this Verizon location. The sales reps here make used car salesmen look honest. We were straight-up lied to about picking up a phone and then were almost charged twice for the same thing. It felt like everything was about commission instead of helping customers. Save yourself the headache — you’re honestly better off buying a used phone off Craigslist than dealing with this store.
