Unlike the "service" provided online and by telephone, the in-store service here is stellar! The person who helped me was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. I came in for a data-related issue and he was able to fix my problem as well as lower my monthly payment. Great service! If anyone from Verizon corporate sees this - your website and phone "service" were totally unhelpful and seemed only to be concerned about up-selling me product or getting me off the phone without addressing my issues.

Every time I have been to this place the folks waiting seem to out number the staff by 5-1. I must have visited 7 times in 2024 and once in 2025 and just turn around and walk out as I really don't want to wait 45 minutes to get a phone. You are far better off going to Best Buy across the street!
I switched my service to Verizon and got the iPhone 16 with the help of Lyndsey. It was a super seamless transition and she was so helpful, answering all my questions and concerns.
