Friendly staff with good options
Verizon needs to be sued cause they are scamming customers with bogus excuses when signing contracts for new phones . 6 months of talking about this rebate they arent honoring making up excuses charging us more money. No calls to customers about issue then u goto store get final excuse . I've called and showed up 6 times to discuss this issue. Then final excuse is Verizon ignoring pissed off customers.
