My experience at the Verizon store in the Westbury Galleria Mall was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and showed no regard for customers. I found them to be untruthful, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills — behavior that is embarrassing to the Verizon brand. Normal things but waited 1 hour for a service member, after fixing my issue and waiting another 30 min I was told they don’t have a public bathroom. This store is relatively new how do u not have a bathroom?

See the bad reviews. BELIEVE THEM!!! Stay the hell away. Was here 30 min. Saw 4 people get talked down to. I called customer care before and they still didn’t want to help me. To the point where I actually called customer service in store to escalate this issue. Is that how we treat people now. Should I have treated them like dirt. Should I have embarrassed them in front of my kids.

I am a new customer who transferred from ATT. In sum, we activated our phones the evening before. I was instructed to go the ATT store and pay its balance. I then remembered that as a part of the deal with Verizon, Verizon would pay off the phone device balances from ATT, although that detail was not mentioned when we activated phones at Verizon. A1 service here. Came in yesterday for a new phone and the level of patience and courtesy I was shown was genuinely top tier. I want to thank Luis my sales rep and Joe the store manager for going above and beyond to help me understand my complex bill/payments while helping me make the best decisions for my plan moving forward.
