I upgraded my phone from iPhone 8 to an iPhone 17. I was lucky, and extremely grateful, to have Eric assist me with this endeavor. Eric was very knowledgeable about Verizon products and services and explained what would be appropriate for my needs, including promotions and discounts. Eric conveyed this information in non technical language which was helpful to me. Eric spent enough time with me where I felt comfortable with the purchase. I would recommend this store for your Verizon needs.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at the Verizon store in Garden City was unacceptable. My phone suddenly lost all service because my eSIM stopped working. I came to this store expecting a simple fix that should have taken only a few minutes to reactivate my line. Instead, I waited for nearly 30 minutes before anyone helped me.
