My husband and I had a great experience here switching over from AT&T. The employee who helped us was focused and patient (I don't remember her name!). The next day, I had an issue with an app that would not port from my old phone to my new phone. The manager, Shaleah (I hope I spelled her name right!), got it fixed and working for me within 5 minutes. She was very pleasant, professional, and swift. Bianca is absolutely the best! Her customer service is top-notch! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. If you need help with Verizon, ask for Bianca. You won’t regret it. She's truly the best in the business!
I came here after visiting multiple locations and let me tell you Bianca was the absolute best! I was having a very difficult time understanding the differences in the iPhones and she laid everything out for me and was so patient until I could figure out what was best for me! I am already getting the rest of my family to switch over from T Mobile and we will be going RIGHT to Bianca to consult her expertise for our transfer. 10/10 Can’t recommend enough
Cancelled home internet, customer service emails me this location to return equipment. Store will not accept equipment wants me to call customer service again. So what's the point of this store?
