My experience with this specific store ruined any chances of me doing business with Verizon moving forward. I went in there to open a new line and the person who helped me ended up putting a an extra number on my account without informing me. Later that evening, I tried calling Verizon and getting help over the phone and they gave me the runaround and gave me a bunch of false Promises. Just subscribed to Verizon through their Garden City corporate store. Johana Vanegas and Bianca Rosario were extremely helpful and courteous. They spent all the time to explain the plan and get me a good deal.
