The service I received was amazing. Joanna (I hope I spelled it correctly) I couldn’t do this with messages/emails accepting trying to send. NOT HAPPENING until I met Joanna. Everything is working and it’s all because of her. I was in and out in a short period of time. If I ever have a problem again guess where I’m going? High praise for this Verizon store!!! My gmail had stopped working for a few days on my old Samsung Galaxy 8. A young man named Eli ably assisted me and immediately zipped through a number of troubleshooting efforts. In less than 10 minutes he resolved and fixed the problem (certainly something I couldn't have done on my own). It was a real pleasure to be helped by someone with a great customer service ethic and a high level of expertise. Thank you Eli!
Came in today to merge over everything from one phone to another. Eli came over and got right to work. Very polite, professional, and informative with everything. He made the process seamless and very easy. Great experience.
