I had to return a,Galaxy Ultra 2025. Due sleep app glitch. Verizon sales staff was very accommodating. Did a search of Samsung site and found that my glitch was a known problem. Samsung states that a fix is in the works. Nov, or Dec possibly. I am waiting will purchase another one after fix. I scheduled a call back from Samsung when fix is out. Loved the watch. I purchased for the whole thing to work. Did not want to deal with nightly temporary fixes.
