Absolutely horrible! Daughter went to payoff phone and trade in device last Saturday, associate talked her into keeping her phone (she still paid it off) and by adding a line it would be cheaper. Fine she fell for it and the "new" line made our next bill estimate much higher. She stopped in on her way of of town today to resolve it. Instead I receive a text for our next bill and it is even higher AND one of my phones on our plan is no longer working and he is working in an area of Florida he is not familiar with and is liter... read more

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff fast friendly and attentive great service all the way around
Went to get husbands new phone activated.... they didn't transfer half his apps. All they kept doing was pushing their home internet service.
