Went to get husbands new phone activated.... they didn't transfer half his apps. All they kept doing was pushing their home internet service.

Walked in just looking at possibly getting an iPad for work/home, walked out with an iPad Pro 13 and Apple pen Pro. Customer service was top notch I was impressed with how fast and easy my transaction was.
Brandon was very thorough, educated me on some things I did not know. Also, he made me aware of the current promotions for a new phone and/or a second phone as a backup. Brandon is cordial, knowledgeable and very patient! In addition, I have had very good customer service over the years, with very few exceptions! I love having personal customer service!
