Drove down to the Bangor Hogan Rd store from Presque Isle. Ethan was fantastic. He helped me bring two lines over to my account and get a new phone as a birthday gift for one of the people on the plan. I will ask for him by name in the future!
Went in to upgrade my phone and brought a friend to talk about swapping her to Verizon, ended up leaving with a new phone for me and a new plan and phones for her! Ethan L. helped us with everything and got us all set up and made sure we had everything good to go before we left the store! I think this has been the easiest swap I've ever done! Next time I upgrade I will be coming back and asking for him!

Visited this location on 8/30/26 after experiencing an issue porting a number into my business account. Paula (and other staff whom I didn’t catch their names) went above and beyond. The issue required calling multiple departments. Instead of just giving me numbers to call and saying “good luck,” Paula gladly picked up the phone right there, initiated the call, and walked through the entire process start to finish. We went in to switch lines and we had gotten a man named Meek to help us. He was an INCREDIBLE guy! He was so nice and helped us get the best deals! I felt so bad but we were in there until almost 9 at night. We had no idea it would take so long but Meek had no problem with it and continued to give us the best service.
