I never give 1 star anywhere, but when we questioned the price, the sales representative literally asked us if we thought he was trying to scam us. NO customer service skills.
Sold me an iPhone 16 pro max for $1500 40 days later I come in because my phone is malfunctioning big time, they told me to call apple… please please please purchase your phone only from the manufacturer. They also sold me a screen protector for $50 that I found at Walmart for $7. And they don’t carry the privacy screens. They have been the most unhelpful people i have ever met. If you need to go to verizon in Bangor don’t go hogan rd. Stillwater will do more for you no matter what you need
Went in to join a family plan and pick up a brand new iPhone that my friend had completed online, salesmen were too busy and not interested in helping me set phone up. Insisted that my old phone number from straight talk would transfer automatically just by signing the new phone into wifi. The gentleman also said not to use their wifi to set it up.
