Horrible service, coverage, and billing is a nightmare.
The best service and experience we have ever had at a Verizon store. Chris, the manager, checked us in so we were all ready for the customer service employee to assist. Tucker waited on us and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Tucker and Chris both looked at our account and were able to get us great deals on new phones. After multiple poor experiences at various Verizon locations, we were VERY pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service provided by Cassidy at this location. FANTASTIC job. She stuck around late to make sure my son’s cellular Apple Watch was working after switching from a Gizmo. THANK YOU CASSIDY!!
