Not even worth the bother to write this
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
After my husband passed I took his phone to have it shut down at the same time I paid both our phones off. Same day I switched my phone to Spectrum. For 3 months they still were debiting my account. After going to Stillwater Bangor Maine I spoke with Colin. He found that my husband's phone was not shut down properly. He proceeded to follow up with a call to customer service at 2 different times.
