After a nightmare with Verizon phone tech'sand spending mutiple hours trying to explain I couldn't receive a verification text because the phone service was in SOS mode, I went into the store @ 3544 Veterans Blvd. and The asst. Manager help as soon as I walked in and every step of the way as she spoke with them multiple times. I spent 3 hours in the store on the phone again with the phone tech as they had the ability to have their supervisor override the requirement to send a text when the phone couldn't receive text. Horrible service The manager was very rude. I work commission pay job with the public and you should never ever talk to people with a nasty attitude. I called the 1800 number and I'm actually on the phone speaking to him sitting in the store as I'm writing this. I believe the guy is the manager.
