Donte personifies Excellency in Customer Service, especially because this was just a few days after Christmas Day. My husband and I walked in with what could easily be considered a lower level product interest, the Gizmo watch for our soon-to-be 8-yo granddaughter. Donte was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us make an informed decision (we had parental consent). We ordered the Gizmo for my granddaughter and got a phone for my elderly mother. I highly recommend this store and Donte’s customer service team.
So sorry I every switched to Verizon. Dam shame when you can't call to speak someone.
You'll have a better chance of getting good customer service from the pets next door at Petco. the attendant made more eye contact with his ipad than with me, went to the backroom without explanation multiple times for 10 minutes at a time, told me to figure it out on my own on the verizon app, and had no clue about any of the products or offers on the app. eventually he gave up and asked his manager to help me because i was "disgruntled". In other words, it's like every other Verizon store you have ever been to in this city... read more
