A great experience Anthony that works at the verizon store in Swansea Ma went above and beyond to help me very professional accurate and pleasant would definitely recommend others to go to the store being a verizon customer for 23 years its good to deal with a person that is not only professional pleasant and a person that goes above and beyond for a customer when making a purchase everyone should have good customer service like myself and not have to have any worries.
Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and personable as well as professional.
Do yourself a favor, and don't go to this store. This authorized reseller brings shame to Verizon and is SHADY/DISHONEST. The manager there LIES to your face; and charges you a $45 to do a setup and DIDNT tell us that he is charging $45; and when i return the item (within 12 hours) out of principle, they have the audacity to charge restocking fee. when the return policy clearly states "may be"; and the person who works there cannot explain what falls into the "may be" category.
