I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment this past weekend and was so pleased with the service provided. Sergio was the store employee that assisted me and all I can say is WOW! He demonstrated exemplary service and was incredibly patient yet persistent with resolving my issue. Truly useless experience. Staff member heard the technical issue, told us for several minutes about how the plan should be upgraded despite us saying we wouldn’t be doing that today, tried to fix the issue, and refused to call tech support when it didn’t work. Immediately went to Ramsey and they had three other options to try and called tech support without our prompting.
I went into the store to get a new phone because my phone was practically done Sergio the sales rep there was amazing and showed me step by step about my bill and my new iPhone 17 pro max. He’s a great employee!
Sergio is a well informed employee and got me a great deal for my account!
