Albert & Kevin are wonderful at the Mahwah Verizon they helped me get my bill fixed and activate my Apple watch today if you need any help go see the guys in Mahwah Verizon
Kevin was so patient and presented information so clearly!! I was not intimidated as I usually am in this type of setting. I have heard so many positive reviews for this Verizon store and all are deserved.
I don’t want to put any of the other employees down, but if you ever need help, I would recommend going directly to Sergio. He has a lot of knowledge and experience. Daniel would be a good second option as well.
Albert was amazing if you need help with him go see him or any of his reps they will help you without taking advantage of you
Today I was assisted by Sergio and he made the painful experience of getting a new phone absolutely seamless ... I would highly recommend the skilled and knowledgeable staff at the Verizon in Mahwah NJ
