I went in with a lot of doubts due to reviews But in all honesty I’m now aware that this is a whole new crew and I’m going to be honest it looks like a very one is working together as apposed to other stores that look like it’s a free for all. The store manger Marleny was wonderful! I am not tech savvy and she helped me upgrade my phone and my husbands phone. Marleny was patient with me in explaining how an e sim works (these new modern phones don’t have a physical SIM card and it took forever for Marleny to explain this new technology to me) I really wish I can give more stars to this store because she was wonderful
The manager Marleny was beyond wonderful! I opened my account online and struggled setting the devices up and Marleny was patient with me as I was clueless and helped me with my husband, my daughter and my phone. She also walked us through e-sim and retrieving my number from my previous carrier. 5 stars is not enough for Marleny she is a real gem! Thank you so much Marleny definitely will be going back to her in the future!!
Found exactly what I wanted Louis and the others were very helpful.
Great staff very friendly and professional the store manager Marlene help me and my husband get new phones very patient definitely recommend her and her staff.
