I recently went to Verizon to get a new phone, and I had such a great experience thanks to Cristian, the new manager. When I first went in, there was a different manager and I ended up not loving the phone I originally got and wanted to switch to something else. Marleny Delesus was amazing , patient , thoughtful and very helpful . I still have a few issues but already heading in to see her . She really is a superb manager and made this crazy phone experience much much better !! I give Marleny herself 10 stars .. only reason I stay with Verizon is the customer service like her
We have been with Verizon for over 27 years !! By far THE BEST STORE !!! Mahwah NJ :) The patience & knowledgeable people who work there is over the top;) The manager of the store is extremely helpful & goes beyond to help out. The tech staff all get involved to help in anyway possible! Great experience & always looking for the best results.
