Worst customer service for both personal and business accounts. Also, their app is probably worse than an app loaded with malware, that’s how bad the interface is. It’s slow and basically inoperable. It’s basically the Kmart of apps. Slow and dead.

Date: 10/06/2023 Stay away! AT&T customer service is a million times better. I have been with Verizon for years and we have never made a late payment or missed a payment. We have been helping out family and missed 9/19/2023 payment. We were late by 17 days and our lines were cut off. I couldn't even get through to a representative without making payment the system just hangs up on you if you don't choose to make a payment. That is ridiculous! Verizon business absorbed my company by buying MCI Long Distance. They were so horrible with billing and customer service, we had to switch to VOIP. But they never stop charging our credit cards. We've cancelled twice. I have confirmation numbers. When I call and work through their decision tree, after the usual hold time, their phone rings and they hang up without answering. They have wasted so much valuable time. People who work here must be very poor excuses for human beings. No good person would be party to this behavior... read more
