THIS is the place to go to resolve dystopian issues with your Verizon service! For years, I've been locked out of my account (one-time payment every month!) because I forgot my pin. The employee on the phone said I had to reset it in person, the employee at the nearest store said I had to go to a different type of store, etc etc, etc. At one point, a store employee had even tried to send me back to the phone line.
