THIS is the place to go to resolve dystopian issues with your Verizon service! For years, I've been locked out of my account (one-time payment every month!) because I forgot my pin. The employee on the phone said I had to reset it in person, the employee at the nearest store said I had to go to a different type of store, etc etc, etc. At one point, a store employee had even tried to send me back to the phone line. If you're going there, take a day off… because they'll just sit you there and mess everything up, then try to fix it all over again… I wasted my time there for something so trivial… I was just trying to add a new line. A terrible place, unfortunately; they don't know what they're doing. I have three lines with Fryzen… but today made me hate everything.
This store on north military highway were very, very helpful. Especially Lee, who helped me out with an iPhone. I take care of a gentleman, who is bed ridden and had to bring his phone out to make sure it was hooked up right and get a screen saver, and she took care of everything, it was beautiful! I can't think her enough for her kindness and you don't always get that every day. And I had gone to another Verizon store that wasn't so nice. So this one definitely worth coming out here for and would come back again.
