The sales team is courteous and professional.
Walking into this place made me feel like an outsider walking into a private gathering that I wasn't invited to. No greeting, no sign in area, no clear process for waiting... I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years, since before Verizon acquired Alltel and while I know this location did not exist back then... (I'm sure I was a customer before some of the employees there were born) it's very disappointing to get this lack of service from a company I've been with for so long.
