Store manager "Rad" should be fired. I have never experienced such dirty and rude business practices. The workers seem so stressed out and miserable and during one of my visits I literally overheard two of them talking about how bad they hate their job. Horrible customer care.
My father needed to go to Verizon to get a new phone due to the SIM card being locked by another provider. Desmond was working with my father and called me to get my authorization to access the account. Long story short they did not have SIM cards at the store so I told Desmond to just get my father a new phone and call me if he has any questions or needed anything (as I live across the country).
