I need to exchange my elderly Fathers flip phone for a senior friendly phone that you don't offer.
I had an issue with an agent here who made some changes and I permanently lost some valuable discounts. Changes to my account were not presented to me at the time. Upon returning to the store they were not able to make any resolutions as they basically only handle sales. Subsequent calls to Verizon corporate were way more helpful, knowledgeable, and effective.
Thank you Christopher for your support. I appreciate your time and efforts.
