Stopped in to ask a simple "out of country "travel question regarding our new phones. We were greeted rudely by a young woman but didn't catch her name. ( Glam Girl) I wish I asked her name. She spoke to us as if we were imbeciles. She was very impatient, disgusted and acted as if we were a nuisance. The store was empty. We were also mislead when we purchased our phones a month ago re travel plan and benefits. But at least he was pleasant. We will not be back to this particular store.
Garbage location poor service after being to 3 store for a phone reset loop they tell me there's nothing they can do but give me a brochure for the warranty and told me to deal with it for a month managers very standoffish and likes to laugh with her employees when discussing an issue the worst location I've been too in my 8 plus years with Verizon
My daughter needed a new phone. The rep was fantastic- made sure she was all set.
Good in store experience
Tigue Mackie is a national treasure I came in looking for deals and steals and he delivered on both! Super friendly, super Helpful. Also, super good looking. This guy could sell ketchup popsicles to a lady in white gloves. He is so smooth.
