DO NOT USE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FIBER INTERNET, HUGE FAIL. I signed up for fiber internet FIOS here and after a month of service they shut it off. I spent over THREE HOURS for TWO DAYS with the staff using MY VERIZON phone to FIND MY ACCOUNT AND THEY COULDNT FIND IT! I SIGNED UP AT THEIR STORE! AMD THEY CANT ACCESS OR EVEN FIND MY ACCOUNT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! I tried to return the equipment and I even gave the manager A LETTER OF CANCELLATION OF INTERNET. Stopped in to ask a simple "out of country "travel question regarding our new phones. We were greeted rudely by a young woman but didn't catch her name. ( Glam Girl) I wish I asked her name. She spoke to us as if we were imbeciles. She was very impatient, disgusted and acted as if we were a nuisance. The store was empty. We were also mislead when we purchased our phones a month ago re travel plan and benefits. But at least he was pleasant. We will not be back to this particular store.
