This is the 4th time I have come to this location and the sales people are nice enough but they need to do something about the red head “manager” every single time she acts like a hostess just signing people in. My Bill keeps getting higher and higher and I’m not doing anything I’m sick of it! Verizon really needs to stop over charging customers it’s absolutely ridiculous on top of being the straight up worst at customer service I would run away from anything Verizon as fast as you can it’s not worth it

Store manager "Rad" should be fired. I have never experienced such dirty and rude business practices. The workers seem so stressed out and miserable and during one of my visits I literally overheard two of them talking about how bad they hate their job. I wanted to upgrade my phone because I had a "My Offer" for a free phone. That's it.
