Liam and the store manager were both very helpful in assisting with an issue caused by the TCC store on Keyser Avenue in Scranton. Please be sure to go to this store, as the staff are able to address all Verizon related services, unlike the aforementioned. There has been mention of numerous customers they have worked with to correct the injustices of the Keyser Avenue store. For the 3rd time in a year Verizon shut my phone off and illegally gave my account away .I have a hero that saved my account 4 months ago it took him 4 hours to straighten my account today 45 minutes Tigue has an excellent approach to customers and Tigue is the only reason I'll stay with Verizon. I just hope somehow Tigue get a raise or a hugh bonus. Thank you Tigue for all your help
