my brother went into the store, he was the only one inn there, the clerk (catlyn?) was on the computer plus had her eyes glued to 2 other phones, texting, etc. she did not make eye contact with my brother and answered his concerns like he was stupid he can not get his phone to stay turned off. needless to say he left with any satisfactory answers. by the way , my brother is 90 and very alert for his age.

NO ONE go to the Verizon store beside taco bell. They have the WORST customer service! ESPECIALLY dealing with JENNIFER FITCH. They double talk you into buying things you dont need or want and they also over charge you. If you have to deal with VERIZON go to the one behind sheetz!!!!!
