Bought my phone from them roughly 6 months ago. Started having trouble a few weeks ago ( constant pop up ads ). Took it to them and after 2 of them looked at it, asked if I had insurance on it , told me to take it down the road to a trouble shooting place or told me how to maybe fix it myself. I guess they're just there to get your money. We've used this Verizon for years, but NO MORE!. Customer service I miss you.
I drove 15 miles to store to get my employment discount so they could verify by taking a picture of my check stub. Checked today and they listed me under a different company. Tried to call but call kept going to a call center and they could not fix it, said I'd have to drive back to store or fix it myself online. 3 mos. ago we bought new phones and asked to have tablet disconnected again they can't seem to get it done.
