I had a great experience! As a realtor, I always worry about data overages as I use my hotspot a lot in the road. I also moved into a newly built home where there is no internet or tv cable. Elisha switched me from AT&T, got me a Verizon Hotspot, I kept my iPhone, kept my phone number, and now have unlimited data on both devices for what I was paying for 3 Gigs on my iPhone alone! AND I was in and out in 20 mins! I'm very happy!

This place sucks. Don't waste your time. Just use the Internet to get the answers you want.
They'll make your payments look good, but beware of how they're doing it! If you're trading in a phone and plan to upgrade next year, make sure they aren't applying your trade-in value toward a new phone (which base payments on 2 years). If you do, when you turn it in next year, you'll lose 1/2 of the trade-in value. And this place is SLOW...I mean SUPER SLOW!!!
