RecommendedShania was beyond helpful. I went to an Appleton store yesterday where I got almost zero assistance. My phone was not set up in store, which I found odd. I was told to go home and set it up. I got home and tried with limited success. I brought it in to the Shawano store where Shania helped me. I was out in about 20 minutes. I also was told at the Appleton store that I could not be given a trade in value. But, when I went to the Shawano store that was not the case. Jessica was beyond rude. Snide and snarky comments from the first sentence out of her mouth. Does not belong in Customer service. Had to call Verizon corporate to get Jessica to do her job.
RecommendedCory at Marquette's Verizon store was great to work with yesterday! my husband and I both needed new phones. his because he sat on it, me because it was old and not working properly! Cory was patient with us, answered every question we had, and didn't try to upsell us. I feel like that's only the second time that's happened in over five years of having an account there! Thank you Cory!!!
My service doesn't work. I came in and prepaid this work for both mine and My wifes line and it didn't kick in. I have no phone to call you please turn my phones on they have been paid for.
Totally usless. Need to allow ZERO star rating! Got three different lies from three different "customer service" representatives. Going to take up AT&T's offer to buy out the contract.

Just keep sending a refurbished phone that have been overheating but won't replace with a new phone. This is ridiculous.
