RecommendedCory at Marquette's Verizon store was great to work with yesterday! my husband and I both needed new phones. his because he sat on it, me because it was old and not working properly! Cory was patient with us, answered every question we had, and didn't try to upsell us. I feel like that's only the second time that's happened in over five years of having an account there! My service doesn't work. I came in and prepaid this work for both mine and My wifes line and it didn't kick in. I have no phone to call you please turn my phones on they have been paid for.

Just keep sending a refurbished phone that have been overheating but won't replace with a new phone. This is ridiculous.
we have our new satellite internet set up. Tried to cancel Verizon. Ha! Once they have you, they will not let you go. Their idea of customer service is to promise you everything and deliver you nothing. They are lip service only.
