The MOST dropped calls we've ever had. Can't use the internet or receive e-mails or text while on the phone. Can't make 3 way phone calls. Most coverage is a complete LIE. Worst coverage and worst service from any phone carrier we've ever had. We NEVER should have left AT&T, all we did was gain a $1400.00 service cancellation bill. After supposedly correcting the problem with multi-tasking, we still have the same problem. Can't wait to get stranded somewhere with no service!!!!

Major rip off, not up front about hidden fees! Ben(no last name given or business card)has horrible customer service and didn't finish taking care of me. He was rude, condescending and unmotivated to help me. I left frustrated and with my old phone and $70 restocking fees . We were also told that we would be saving $20 a month, instead our bill went up by $30. I contacted customer service when I got home and was promptly taken care of. Verizon, I have been with your company many years, but the complete lack of usable data coverage in my area is completely unacceptable! I just did a speed test of my Verizon data coverage. It revealed 0.11Mbps down and 0.20Mbps up. So much for the best network... AND add to the matter, my plan is going to cost me $20 more a month starting 11-15-15 so you can continue to offer me this premium service(as i was told over the phone)... , yeah what ever.
