I am giving a poor rating, because of the service area. I work at Plymell and my phone has the poorest antenna reception. It usually is setting on 1x and most of the time I drop calls or can't open up anything. It just sits and spins, then tells me cannot open, retry. That is ridiculous for Verizon to have such poor service, especially at a school. Hoping they can get another antenna south of Garden City to help. I use my phone for many things at school, needing service.

I'm happy to have Verizon back again. The service is great but one little thing, when there are at least 5 employees and a manager standing around talking and I'm waiting to see the person that was helping me with my phone, that person is busy with another customer and I have been waiting for at least 45 minutes, the manager should have gone up to me to see if he or even some one else that wasn't busy to help me. Of all of the different Verizon stores we have been in, we had the most prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service in this store. We upgraded plans and phones, we were in and out in less than an hour!
