Went to leave my family plan and switch to AT&T, ended up spending 5 hours going back and forth with Verizon in Wooster to release my phone number. What prompted the switch, Verizon kicked my phone off 4G and 5G requiring me to get a new phone. They locked me out of my Verizon account even before initiating the switch, froze and locked my phone number, had to get 3 different number transfer pins because each time I left the store they froze that transfer pin.
