Dear Verizon, You have got absolutely no consideration for your loyal customers. If I could leave a -100 I would as a rating. Raymond ID# 525011 in Telesales department has got to be the worst manager I've ever dealt with. As a business owner I would have fired him on the spot. Friends if you're looking to do business with Verizon please save your money. Darn Metro PCS will give you better customer care. Once I get the chance I will be closing multiple accounts with Verizon.

i just recently switched from straight talk to verizon. The guy who set it up was very nice and it took less than 24 hours. All was fine afterwards until i got home. I live in Noxapater, MS and for some reason my phone doesn't want to work there. I checked the coverage map and i'm supposed to have service in my area. When i'm not connected to wifi, it has 1-2 bars and goes from verizon3g/1x to extended. Nothing works. When it is connected, texts will go through and the internet works fine but calls are dropped instantly. I'm... read more
