store was not open but posted hours said they should be. ruined my entire weekend because I have to drive a long way to get here now I have to do it again tomorrow. switched to Verizon in July cuz it's the only thing that works where I live and it's the worst customer service imaginable. I've had better service with Comcast. also the my Verizon app is super buggy and doesn't help at all

Definitely the worst store around for customer service! As a business owner myself I haven't been able to understand how they run their store. They're very good at selling you the product however don't want to deal with you after the fact. Yesterday even the employee admitted they would prefer you call in to deal with issues.. the poor lady at the counter was on the phone with Verizon IN the Verizon store because they wouldn't even help her.. 🤷 Work on your customer service please... for your future customers at least.. you... read more
I'm sooo mad. I've paid for Verizon cloud for several years. I now have over 10,000 photos missing and Verizon has no clue where they went. I pay 9.99 a month for 1Tb.. I'm sooo heartbroken.
Your customer service sucks I was in your store tonight at it just before 7 got checked in and never waited on the store closes at 8 and they locked the doors I waited until 8:10 and said f it I walked out, as far as my service plan I don't have to much complaints, but you really need to work on your service, I will be in to make a formal complaint to your store manager shortly
Late a little payment they shut you off bad service
