I went into the store, told the sales person what phone I wanted... he said he couldn't get it and then attempted to sell me a phone that was literally 3x the price... I left... within 10 minutes of being in my house my husband ordered the phone I wanted off the Verizon app... would that have been so hard for the store employee to do?? Absolutely absurd... today was the closest I have ever came to leaving verizon and going back to AT&T... never doing business in store again. Went to pick up a phone at the N Kansas Expressway location in Springfield. This phone would not work with a program my wife needs for work. We spoke to Ethan at the Verizon National call center who said we could get another phone even trade and no restocking fee ($50). We went to the lebanon store because we were in the area. The rep kept harping that we had to pay the restocking fee and was arguing with us. The phone we had was less than 48 hours old. This dude kept arguing with us and we had had enough and left. The Lebanon store employees lie and sell you items that won't work with your phone. I won't be buying anymore products from Verizon.
Fraud, stay away, If you want to keep your money. They will charge you false charges and act like nothing happend.
