I haven’t had the best experience at this Verizon store, but this visit changed my opinion. Jack was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He continued to help me even after I left the store, making sure everything was taken care of. His excellent customer service made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of Jack and his team and I feel much more confident about returning to this store. Thank you!

I can’t believe how much help I received from Luke at Verizon in Georgetown SC today. I went to Apple Store in Charleston for help and was told to call technician support and they would talk me through it. I went back to Verizon and Luke fixed my problem in two minutes. They pGreat job!!!

Wow! What a great experience. Went in with the back of my phone cracked. Turns out they replaced the whole thing since I had insurance. Leslee, the associate who helped me, was great and super helpful. She took care of all the details of going through insurance and getting a replacement for me. She was very friendly and efficient too. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
