It took a few days to think about how to give the best review for Preston and Brooks!!! These gentlemen went above and beyond to help my mom, (1st time cell phone owner). Their kindness and patience made her whole experience so great!!! They are real hero's in her transition to her very 1st cell phone. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness!!!! I would like to commend your company on an employee I met yesterday, Sunday, August 2026. The young man greeted me as I walked into your store in Georgetown SC. After a handshake, I explained to him that I needed to put a phone onto my account for my cousin. She had an old AT&T phone that had the charger broken off in the phone, and she couldn’t figure out why she couldn’t get or send calls. Yes she was hard to handle to say the least. I haven’t had the best experience at this Verizon store, but this visit changed my opinion. Jack was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He continued to help me even after I left the store, making sure everything was taken care of. His excellent customer service made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of Jack and his team and I feel much more confident about returning to this store. Thank you!
