The Olean store has the friendliest service and they are always right there to greet you as you come through the door. They are fast to help me with any questions and concerns I have. The management is like no other. They are patient and very helpful.
I will never shop at the olean store again. I went in to upgrade my parents phones and was told by the salesman that with our new $750 dollar purchase and upgrade that we would receive a free iPad... well he came back and proceeded to take that said iPad back and tell us he made an mistake and we could have it for a certain (couple hundred) price. He then said we could have it for free but we would have to get a new number.. completely unprofessional and management was as useless too.. shame on you!!!!
One star is much too generous. I am now stuck with an account that “doesn’t exist” according to employees at Verizon. Interesting since I get a bill every month. I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix my plan with no resolution, and when I physically go to the store I am told by the employees “I don’t know.” Thanks for the headache.
Horrible experience today. Ended up calling technical support because the store didnt want to replace my phone when the charger fried while charging my phone which also fried my phone and melted my phone case. It could have started my house on fire and they didnt seem to care what so ever. Thanks to technical support for getting me a new phone that i will recieve tomorrow!

We have waited for 90 minutes after being quoted a 30 minute wait. One worker has not assisted a single client, three customers have moved through in this time. Workers have been talking in the back room and one worker carried out a conversation for 30 minutes with his friend about dogs then did not sell a phone. This place is always horrible but this time takes the cake. Still waiting to be seen
We went in today because my husband needed a new phone from his screen getting smashed. The lady, was very rude! She spoke to us as if we were stupid. And was vague as hell. Just because we weren't there to buy a phone, she felt the need to rush us out. 8 years of being customers to Verizon..this is how they treat you.
Pretty sad that they treat some people as if they are stupid............worst people in that store ever
