Failed to post change of hours and then due to staffing issues, they wouldn’t allow anyone in the store and were only doing curbside pickup. This was the third attempt I have made at trying to get a different phone. Save yourself a trip and go to Rochester or LaCrosse. Something is off about this store and I would not recommend wasting your time.

Horrible Location. Will never go there again! Shady deals and poor management
Takes at least 5-10 mins to get any help, and then you are told you have to wait another 40 minutes to get actual help, when all you want to do is buy a new phone. There is no reason you should have to wait almost an hour, mostly when there's nothing to do in the store for that long. Plain ridiculous! They should have enough people working that you can walk in, talk to someone, and walk out with what you want in 30 mins or less.
Where is the phone you promised fed ex would deliver overnight? I was your first customer 12/26 and you said my screen was shot and set me up to get a new one..a young lady waited on me. I cannot call you as I have no phone. I am leaving on a trip first thing Sunday morning..please put a tracer on it or check on its status...You promised me a phone...it is mid aftenoon and it is a 35 minute trip to your store for me. Please get on it ASAP
